During the show, listener's can telephone or e-mail their computer questions and receive assistance.

4. Download Podcast files for later listening. Each show normally produces 2 MP3 audio files of approximately 35 minutes and 35meg in size for each file.

5. An additional alternative is to listen later to the show via my MP3 links. Approximately 26+ weeks audio archives usually available.

• This is audio captured over the air waves. Each file is 40 bps (AM quality) for a smaller download--better suited for those using 56K dial-up.
• Each show is normally divided into 8 segments and each segment can be listened to individually; or you can download one zip file containing all 8 mp3 segments.
• Normally, if you dbl click an audio segment, the Windows Media Player will open and buffering/temp downloading will begin. Or, choose the file "save as" option within the "Access Applications Menu" in upper right corner of the Windows Media Player.

6. During the execution of the show, references are made to various internet resource links. Mike G. constantly updates these Live Links archives mentioned on the show--often as the topics are being discussed.</url>
